Sovereign infrastructure
for sovereign nations.

Valarian supports select government and national security programmes with sovereign infrastructure. It’s compartmentalised by design, auditable end to end, and deployed inside your perimeter with keys held by you and only you.

Our Team Comprises Members From The Following

Valarian was built by operators working directly with classified data and mission-critical systems — in environments where control was non‑negotiable.

Powered by ACRA

Workload-level governance, enforced by architecture.

ACRA transforms Kubernetes into a hardened, governed environment, enforcing identity, isolation, policy and oversight at the workload level. It deploys inside your perimeter, in the jurisdiction you choose, or at the tactical edge, air-gapped where required, resilient on degraded networks. Where the mission runs, the control architecture runs with it.

What the architecture guarantees

ACRA builds each deployment as its own enclave: separate identity, network, secrets and audit, issued per workload. There is no shared surface between environments, so a fault or compromise in one cannot reach another. Isolation is a property of the architecture, not a policy promise.

Access is deny-by-default at every layer: what a workload may reach, which subjects it may hear, which secrets it may read. Grants are scoped, short-lived and revocable, so a compromised component holds nothing beyond its own remit, and nothing it can use to move sideways.

Keys are generated inside your environment and never leave it. Valarian holds no copy, no recovery path and no privileged access. Once a deployment is live, the institution is the only party that can open it. Sovereignty is not who runs the software; it is who holds the keys.

Deployments carry everything they need to operate — models, policy and audit included. Fully air-gapped sites run indefinitely; connected sites that lose their link keep working and reconcile when it returns. Continuity is designed in, not bolted on.

Each decision the platform makes is recorded as it happens, attributable to a cryptographic identity. Operators can observe live, isolate a workload, revoke access or contain an environment — and show afterwards exactly what happened, and why.

New environments are generated from templated policy, not assembled by hand — a new enclave arrives with its identity, network posture, secrets and audit already enforced. Standing up capability does not mean widening the perimeter.
